Tow Truck Driver Operator
Perform emergency road service, towing, accident recover, and abandoned vehicle recovery using assigned truck and towing equipment correctly as trained. Present to the customer a professional self image and Company image through excellent service, safe operation, and timeliness. Maintain truck and equipment in compliance with Company guidelines. Perform necessary documentation timely and correctly according to procedures in effect.
Arrive at work on time as scheduled
Provide towing and roadside assistance in a safe, professional and timely manner, free of accident, injury and damage.
Submit accurate invoices and appropriate paper work as instructed
Cooperate with all co-workers
Perform lock out for customers who have locked their keys in their car
Removes, bends or cuts parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing
Inspects truck equipment and immediately report any malfunctions or required maintenance
Ability to perform roadside repairs such a changing tires, installing light bulbs, tires chains and spark plugs.
-2 year towing experience
– Experience with flatbed and wrecker
-Consistent employments history
-Clean driving record
-Ability to pass background and drug test
-Ability to efficiently communicate verbally as well as read, write and comprehend instructions.
-Ability to demonstrate safety and sound judgement
-Demonstrate and maintain solid work ethic and professionalism
-Ability to lift at least 75lbs
-CDL Not Required
-Must be available nights and weekends
-50% of your rent paid if you live in close proximity to shop location (121 8th st. New Cumberland, PA)
